Worst Ever Experiance i ever had in Pizza Hut. Not even in any restaurants i had visited.
1. Restaurant works was not completed fully. There was heavy drilling noise happening and the labours working behind the table where we sat. I requested two times to the labours to stop the work but they did not even mind it. Do you want us to eat food with these noise and Dust? Is this a customer service.
2. The service was pathetic to the core. We were sitting for the dine in for almost 30 minutes after ordering and there were no one to even offer drinking water. All your staffs are busy chatting inside and the shop was fully filled with delivery boys.. Do you dont have a seperate place for the Swiggy and Zomato delivery agents to wait and collect. Finally without even knowing we were sitting for dine in they packed our foods. What is the tracking mechanism you have for Dine in and Delivery.
3. Does this store really have any manager as i could not see any one there.
4. The shop was full of house flies and it was really irritating to see when it sits on our food and heads. Is this a way we are treated. See in my photo a house fly was dead in my table. Shall i right this to the food safety department. I think i should. We have enough proofs.
Is this a way you treat customers. Pathetic. I work in a customer serving industry and we know how to treat the customers. I thought Pizza Hut is a brand but the service which i had experienced yesterday made me feel bad on visiting the store.
I wanted to definetly want a kind of response or call back from your concern or i will take it up seriously.
