I ordered pizza online and the pizzas received were of poor quality. The delivery box carried multiple orders along with resulting the pizzas were kept outside the carrying bag. The pizzas were pressed on one another and the toppings / cheese were messed up. I tried to file a complaint online but had no options available on the app. Even after the food was delivery it was showing under preparation.
I tried to reach out to their customer support team but failed to get a response from them even after multiple attempts. This is a real pathetic experience from Pizza Hut!
Kindly arrange for a refund.
