[Resolved] Pizza Hut India — Refund Not Provided for Order Placed

Address: CST, Elphinstone Building, 17,SN 3/4/5, 15 to 18, Murzban Rd, opposite Sterling Theatre, Fort, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400001

Had Placed an order on 25/06/2022 from their application. They denied delivery by stating "We don't deliver to this area".
Order was paid by Gift Card and Credit Card. Credit Card amount was refunded after 12 days. No communication on Gift card compensation.
Only excuses like "technical difficulties" and "it's under process".
