Pizza Hut India — Unhygienic product quality and irresponsible behaviour

I have ordered a combo today at Civil line, Prayagraj and the chilli flix container had ants in, I got to know that after I ate two slices and raise the concern to the staff but no one responded in a responsible manner... I am attaching the video with the same. Please help.
