Dropdown on Pizza hut feedback page perfectly sums what we are feeling right now. Let me go through them one by one:
Hygiene: No idea what people did in kitchen, no comments from me
Hospitality: The delivery guy, Gyan became agitated as soon as I asked why he came with late order. Then, the manager, Ram, was not ready to listen and offered a replacement instead of instant refund despite late order. I will not wait for food for 2 hours after I ordered. He was not ready to listen. So much for hospitality
Accuracy: Nobody from Pizza Hut was on spot. Customer care wasted our time with zero resolution. Don't want to repeat what Ram did, apart from repeating to replace order again and again, zero empathy. Not even regretting what they did today
Product quality: One of the worst we have eaten. Pizza was stale, garlic bread more like bread butter. Everything was cold
Speed: Order delivered after 50 or so minutes. Definitely beyond 30 minutes or free promise you guys brag of
Call centre: Kept us on hold forever, again with zero result.
