I called to idfc bank they told EMI cancellation possible but the debited amount from bank need to be refunded from poorvika but from poorvika side not responding properly I am ready to pay amount in full payment product purchased from madiwala poorvika branch date 20 10 2022 kindly help me...

On January 1, 2022, I purchased a Nokia basic mobile phone. At the time, they offered a one-year warranty. In September, I had a problem with my phone. The voice was unclear. So I went to the same store and shot my problem. They asked me to hand over the phone and they will send it to the Poorvika Head Office in Chennai with my NEW BSNL SIM. I waited a week after that. They did not respond. So I went to the store and asked what had happened....

Today I have told tempered glass and it's pasting to my samsung galaxy M33 in Mysore poorvika store, but sales person has put Oppo A15/Vivo Y51 6D tempered glass.
In invoice also they mentioned oppo/vivo tempered glass, I can share the invoice and payment acknowledgement.

My screen at the edge is not fully visible.
