[Resolved]  Pratham Motors — changed air filter hose without my knowledge

Incident happen on 22nd july 2020.
Service time - 2:08 pm to 5pm
Ref. No - sb20000080
Job card - jc20000295

Changed air filter hose with out my knowledge.
Before given for service i found it was black. During service hours i had been for having cup of coffee, after returning back found that it was changed.
I found it was a old hose & muddy (Heavy dust on it), informed the manager as its was replaced. But the manager him self argued with me as the part would change its colour after wash, but the part was found muddy & was looking different from other parts.
After several calls the manager told that he would change the part asa company provides as he had a shortage of the part in his show room.
We trust the company, but don't know why people are doing this.
Please see to the manager he does the replacement asap & take care of the things not to happen again with any of the clients.
