Private Transport — private bus : fare hike illegally, passenger harassment, unable to produce hike notice

Dear sir/ madam,

These days it is an obvious experience of passenger assult while travelling from nagaon (Assam) to different part of the district (Particulerly kampur, kachua, dhing, moirabari, laharighat etc); asking for excess rs. 5 to 10 from each passenger, without proper circular/mou.

On passenger's query, they receive mental./ physical assult. Sometimes they been gotten thrown out from bus.
Concern dto is found sleepless in regards.

Public harassment and price hike is not new to bus and small taxis running from m/s saikia stand, nagaon to kampur and kachua.
