Dear sir/ madam,

These days it is an obvious experience of passenger assult while travelling from nagaon (Assam) to different part of the district (Particulerly kampur, kachua, dhing, moirabari, laharighat etc); asking for excess rs. 5 to 10 from each passenger, without proper circular/mou.

On passenger's query, they receive mental./ physical assult. Sometimes they been gotten thrown out from bus.
Concern...

I have booked two tickets with one of the private transport agent on 19th Aug 2010.
The agent had communicated me about the bus brake down by that morning and asked me to board the alternate bus at 9.30 PM from the requested boarding point rather I have scheduled my travel at 10.30 PM.

But the Bus had come only at 11 PM and it was 1.30 hrs delayed.

Since it is spare bus, I have approached the bus attendant...
