Projekt Perfumery India — Delivery of fake perfumes and upon return no Refund of

I had placed an order for 3 perfumes viz Initio oud for Greatness, Initio Sideeffect and Initio Atomic rose. Worth InR 27, 000
I was only delivered two products out of these 3 and both of them were counterfeit replica products so I asked Ashish Jha to place a return request and also mentioned not to ship oud for greatness as I was sure it will be fake as well. He scheduled the return and it’s been more than two weeks he’s been ignoring my messages and the refund of InR 27, 000 still hasn’t been received. I have enclosed the payment receipts, the return confirmation and all those chats which just gave false commitments.

I request an immediate intervention in this matter as I have tried to reach out to Gaurav Khatri as well and he’s also least bothered to respond now.

I have just been given false commitments and no refund.
