[Resolved]  Projekt Perfumery India — Order is not shipped nor they are willing to reply to my mails.

I have Ordered many Perfumes from their official website. It has been more than a week they haven't shipped my products. Initially they have sent a bluedart tracking number just it expired after a week.

I mailed them many times regarding my issue and pinged them on Instagram but I get no response what so ever.

I am not sure how to proceed on this matter.

How long did it take for them to resolve your complaint? Mine has been nearly 2 weeks and still no email on my complaint.
