No updates yet. Still showing preparing order it's been 19 days now. No one has called me Or messaged me Or emailed my regarding this that the issue of the delay is this or that when I emailed on ( [protected]@perfumery.co.in ) it shows email not found.

I had called on this number which I got from google and he couldn't even speak proper English I was surprised how he was a customer care executive anyways once I explained him he asked my order ppi number and I gave him he instantly said we will ship it today or tomorrow but I highly doubt they will but I recorded the call so I can use it against them if they don't. I will take this matter to the consumer court and higher ups to international perfumers.
