I have been a regular buyer at this website. But recent experience and the professional conduct of the company/promoters has left a bad impression and forced to seek intervention.
I placed an order for 3 perfumes on 29th Nov 2022.
Order #PPI-SX[protected]XX. After placing the order within a couple of days I got Bluedart tracking, but no shipment happened. On inquiry I was told it takes 10 Business days. I did inquiry via the whatsApp customer support - it take multiple tries to get a response on this whatsApp account.
Around Dec 10th I re-checked and I was told shipment will happen soon. I kept following-up in Dec, Jan. The whatsApp customer service does not work anymore. It stopped working on its own.
I wrote to company owner (Mohit) and got auto response which directs to the same whatsApp number for service, support - that apparently is not working. Really ! seems no one knows what's happening within the company.
On 24th Jan I was given a Bluedart tracking number [protected] - and what's hilarious this tracking says shipment returned to the seller on 31st Jan ! So it seems they wanted to buy time (??)
I have tried reaching them up-teem number of times via various channels, but it just does not work .
I sincerely seek the refund of the amount and will caution everyone regarding this company. Was this information helpful? |
