One of the worst service I have ever experienced...I was asked to report around 11.20 pm and the departure was aat11.45pm. The bus came by 2am.when asked the agents say they don't know the time, HOW can that be possible? Guys never take this service, and have a humble request to PSM TRAVELS please show some respect to your customers and be ethical .
