I have booked a ticket from chennai to tirupur on 16.11.2015 on PSM travels. Dropping point mentioned as tirupur but driver told this bus is going to coimbatore and get down at perumanallur.when i asked for reason they are not ready to answer and asked me to get down in perumanallur else we will not stop anywhere near. And its not a travels its like town bus every where stopping and making the some local passengers to drop near by areas for...

One of the worst service I have ever experienced...I was asked to report around 11.20 pm and the departure was aat11.45pm. The bus came by 2am.when asked the agents say they don't know the time, HOW can that be possible? Guys never take this service, and have a humble request to PSM TRAVELS please show some respect to your customers and be ethical ....

Myself and brother booked ticket through red bus from chennai to ernakulam on 02 nd Jan 2015. Bus actual starting time was 8.15pm from chennai. But they started from chennai at 9.15 PM and the condition of the bus was very worst. Inside bus full of mosquitos and berth, curtains was not cleaned and filled with dust.
