[Resolved]  PSM Travels — travels inefficient service.

Myself and brother booked ticket through red bus from chennai to ernakulam on 02 nd Jan 2015. Bus actual starting time was 8.15pm from chennai. But they started from chennai at 9.15 PM and the condition of the bus was very worst. Inside bus full of mosquitos and berth, curtains was not cleaned and filled with dust. Most of travellers not slept due to mosquito bites. Bus was very old and while travelling axle breaking sound is coming. Any way we reached coimbatore at 7.30 am.please note that actual timing at ernakulam as per bus ticket was 9.00am. From coimbatore these psm travel staff told passengers to shift to another bus. Myself and brother entered that bus there was no seats. Seat was full and psm travel agent told to us wait upto 8.30m for another bus in coimbatore. My self, brother and another's 05 passengers(they also in same position without seats) was standing in the coimbatore road for waiting another bus. But nothing happened. No bus came . Finally that psm travel staff given 250rupees and told to us we cannot arrange bus and arrange transport ourself. PM travels is the worst travels I have seen in my self. Now we lost full day for travelling from coimbatore to ernakulam due to These stupid travels inefficiency. We recommend not to travel with PSM travels.
