Previous payment made RS.730/- on dated 11/05/17 not adjusted

I have paid my previous bill online and transaction receipt is given below:

Refund request for payment failure

Hi,

I was paying the electricity bill on 1st july 2017 for my account no [protected], after clicking on pay now from internet banking, amount was deducted from my account but I received an message of payment failure. No receipt was generated for this case. I am yet to receive refund for this payment.

When should I expect the refund to be completed for this case....

Complaint about excess bill, which is already paid

Problem with services

Hi i am facing problem with voltage fluctuations in night time and have logged the complaint many times and every time i got this answer that we can't do any thing.
