Invest the money one time you earn money again and again take promise. I'm invest the money 2.50lakhs. after i know about that person is fraud. Pls refund my money sir pls help full

I was joint in this business on 29.07.2022 with referral of my friend selvi.C.Sharmila (IN641507) . She hasn't not enclosed any information regarding the company and work clearly. She did not even tell that the company name is QNET. She and her Upline brain washed me and made me to pay 3, 00, 000.Now we are entirely depressed. We are asking refund from my friend.
Kindly help me on getting my money back. Looking forward hear a response from your side.

Hi,

I recently started the business with the referral of Padmini Kalita, IN931782. The referrer didn't tell me about the business and the business name in initial meets. It was only after I had paid the amount I was made to meet a person and the company name was disclosed.

I was made to sign an agreement right then and there. And within minutes she had purchased QVI Vacay without disclosing any why, how or the purpose of it. On top of it she never told me about the refund policy timeline.

How is that fair and just? The Qnet business model is completely flawed for the following reasons:

1. You will never find them disclosing the company name before the money is paid.
2. There's no ID proof or company proof with these people. How can you be discussing a company's business model without an ID proof?
3. The Qnet name is mentioned when the money is already taken.
4. How can the upline or referral buy a product instantly without even informing you about it?

I have fallen in this trap and not interested in this kind of business where you have to deceive people. This is absolutely unethical and I want a resolution on this.

So i request you to consider this mail as a refund and help me get my refund as soon as possible.

Hi my name is sankalp and my IR ID is IM092975. I have been told that tripsavr is provided for 90000 rupees where I can travel all over the globe. I tried to login multiple times but there is no such id and showing invalid credentials. I want my refund 90000 immediately. I don't want this trip as I was told that it is a business opportunity and it is clearly not it is a direct selling model for Vihaan which was not told directly to me earlier....

My refund has been processed on 28/8/2023 and sent to finance team for payment but I have not yet received in my account. It's been 5 month since it's processed kindly process my refund I am very much in need of financial emergency

I have joined qnet in last week of december 2023 and bought few products from qnet.
After understanding about qnet's actual business model in couple of days, i have decided to cancel my distribution and requested for refund with clear calculation of my refund amount.

My upline gave me wrong information about the company that this company invests in micro shares of other companies and cheated around 6 lakhs from me and purchased a product called tripsaver. Now that I have complete knowledge about the company and business of fooling others like this, I refuse to do that. Now he is compelling me to cheat others like he did to get my money back. as now i didn't use a single thing from my product i want my refund. and take strict action against such cheaters who can not cheat any others in future.

I (Distributor ID:- IM202103) was recently joined this business with referral to my friend upline (Name:- Bharathkumar Perumal, Referrer ID:- IN569225). He made me to invest in QNET by giving improper/incorrect/incomplete knowledge of this company. He haven't enclosed any information regarding the company and the work. He didn't even tell that the company name is QNet. He told me the company name after collecting money and completing registration. He and his upline brain washed me and made me to pay Rs. 3, 06, 680. During welcome session they have enclosed few information but not completely. Whenever i asked them about the work they simply said that i will learn in future. By that time i came to know i was trapped. So i have requested for refund but they are saying the refund period was over. But before collecting money from me they said i can refund within 30 day of the purchase. But now they are saying that the product i purchased can be refunded within 7 days only. They didn't informed me about "refund within 7 days" before purchasing the product. The ordered/registered date is 10. 11. 2023 and 11. 11. 2023. Also products that was not directly purchased by me and it was purchased by my friends upline. It costs totally Rs. 3, 06, 680.

If they should have informed me about my role and responsibilities earlier means i definitely have not invested in this field. Which is personally not suitable for me. Later after searching in internet only i came to know that Qnet is network marketing and in which i have to join some direct referral in this field. I asked so many times about this but they said that i don't need to refer anybody and i can earn from the product and the shop i purchased. And also they simply said that i will understand after 1 month training and asked me to read some books, watch some videos and write my dreams etc.,

The referral was my college friend and he knows about my job and my mothers health conditions. So he called me and told that he is earning lot of money from his business. And he asked me to invest money, but i strongly said that i don't have enough money but he frequently called me and started telling that it is great opportunity. Then he arranged a meeting directly to the upline. He build up about the business but didn't tell what this business is about. He tells that in the world no will get this opportunity to join in this business. But i asked him about the business and company name before paying. But he didn't tell the truth and company name. He just urges me to pay by saying that this chance will go to somebody else. He brain washed me for 2 weeks. Because of that i brought money from money lenders. I have to pay interest and loan amount to money lender and also i have to take care of my sick mother too. My referrer knows about my situation and financial condition but he lied about this business and made me to fall in this trap.(I will submit all the proof with this mail)

In the beginning they said i got tripsavr vacation package as gift from Qnet. And now they are telling me that tripsavr is the product they brought in my name.

After i get to know about this business me and my wife met my friends upline and asked "why they didn't mention that the company name is Qnet?" They carelessly asked "why i have to tell the name of the company and i am creating my own business so i will not say the company name".

My referral didn't tell me any policy of the company, even they didn't tell me the correct procedure of the company. They are saying if they tell about this company and the work to the new coming customer then they cannot create lots of customers. They are not giving complete detail about the company before collecting money. At the same time my referral didn't explain anything about the agreement or let me to read the agreement. He simply come and got my sign in the agreement and said everything will be explained in future. Even i asked for a copy but he didn't give the copy of the agreement to me.

I haven't attended any training and i need the complete Rs. 3, 06, 680 invested back. So please consider this mail and kindly help on getting my money back.

Qnet have sent it to the finance team on 16/08/23 for payment but the payment has not been cleared yet, Qnet what mathematics using in returning the payment and the payment for the product that I have made is the same payment that has to be returned now. How is it taking so much time or is there no intention to return the payment?

Thank God that I understood in time, I did not invest any more money in this bad QNet, now I will tell others that even by mistake, never trust QNet and do not invest money.
