My upline introduced me to this business without any information of network marketing saying it's a E-commerce business with RS.136450.69 in USD DOLLAR 1670 as investment. even in the middle I have asked that this type business is not E-commerce and still he insisted you'll get success and didn't tell this business type until the refund period. They misguided with wrong information. after 20 days I have asked about real business of Q-Net....

No proper response from Qnet customer service. Once of the worst customer service ever seen.

According to consumer protection act 2019, customer not satisfied in product, amount need to refund.

    Hi Sir/Madam,

    Im Ebis Clinton I was joined this business past 2 year before with referral to my friend Upline(IN929587). he haven't enclosed any information regarding the company and work. he and her uplines brain washed me and made me to pay RS.2, 20, 000.but register to RS 1, 75, 000. During welcome session they have enclosed few information but not completely and by that time. So I have requested for refund in qnet support today[protected].I also try to refund mail with in a year and ordered/registered date is[protected]. Also products that was not directly ordered by me and it was done by one of her team upline (IN519015).Suspiciously Create Qnet id register with mom because of not eligible for me age below 21 for me nominee name(Ebis Clinton). Now I'm asking my friend(referal) to return back my money. But he is saying amount could not return back.I haven't attended any training and I need the complete RS.2, 20, 000 invested back. Kindly help on getting my money back.

      Hi,

      I was recently joined this business with referral to my friend Upline. She haven't enclosed any information regarding the company and work. She and her uplines brain washed me and made me to pay RS.4, 00, 000. During welcome session they have enclosed few information but not completely and by that time I came to know I was trapped. So I have requested for refund in qnet support today (29/05/2023) and ordered/registered date is (25/04/2023). Also products that was not directly ordered by me and it was done by one of her team upline (top Upine). It costs totally RS.3, 69, 000 and Rs 31, 000 for flight charges which was also not informed properly. Now I'm asking my friend to return back my money. But she is saying no amount Will be returned. I haven't attended any training and I need the complete RS.4, 00, 000 invested back.

      Kindly help on getting my money back.

              I was misled by my friend (sasitharan)(sponer distributor;IN 523817 NAGARAJAN)
              He said, we work on a brand product and it is nothing like other sales companies.once I paid 200000 Indian money and usd 2021 to this business they said I have to take some seminars to understand this business when I came to know that is not the business he told me .I asked for return money then her seniors gave me a serious threat and said you will get zero amount.they did purchase as soon as possible and when I am still asking for a refund they didn't corporate with me properly they stopped picking up my call .and no one was giving me a proper information on how to ask for a refund, I was very scared because they made the purchase in usd .
              Please cancel their business id, so they can never fool anyone again they knew my problem.
              I am struggling so they played with my feelings, i am recently married i am attending suicide also, now i am paying EMI of around 15000 per month

                Recently I joined above mentioned Direct selling company name Q net ( QNET is registered in India and operates through its sub-franchisee, Vihaan Direct Selling (India) Pvt. Ltd. ) Distributor ID No.: IM037885 Since i was not happy with the there scheme and product as per there policy i raised a request for refund and i got a confirmation for refund request Has been sent to finance team but till his date NO reply from customer care/no refund was credited. Request you to consider this complaint help me with refund which was impacted my livelihood.

                        I have been made to invest in qnet investment by giving improper/incorrect knowledge of this company (Eg, my friend (Name: Irshath Ali Mustafa IR ID no: IM251801) was not informed the company name while I purchased your product and my upline told it's a online business Eg. Dominos, KFC, etc.. Big MNC companies document verification and kyc verification work but the work is contrary what he is said. This is a referral business and he's not told to refund policy also and Investment money is 3 lakh INR and if you invest additional 45k you can start I'd also in your fiance's name you get 2 I'd and you get double profit but actual investment amount is 1, 72, 856.73 INR my upline cheated me. They made a purchase on the world portal when there was an India portal. Didn't say about this either. Kindly help on getting my money back

                          Hi I enrolled in qnet in September 2021 with IR ID : IN346965 firstly A Person named Rishabh Rajput LDC who lives in Delhi Under Harpreet and Mamta who shifted in Dubai didn’t sent me my products which qualifies for the Money Laundering. And when I asked for the portal my portal was disabled and no KYC done which they handed over me. So they gave me form to fill a 2 months back i filled it right away. And so accordingly my portal should have been activated till now . But when I am constantly asking him about the update he is not answering about the same but only talks about getting more people everytime . Please help me resolve and get my products or refund for which I have requested. Thankyou DEVIKA

                            I was mislead by a friend and he made me join qnet . After knowing the truth I made my refund request on[protected]. On[protected] a case has been registered by qnet vide case no CVN[protected] . I have shared everything they asked and told me that within 1 month my refund will be processed .The products were not even shipped when I made the refund request. I sent reminder emails twice asking for the status and both time they said that it’s under process. It’s been more than one month and I still did not get my refund . If I don’t get my refund within this month I am going to take legal action against qnet and Vihaan direct selling pvt ltd.

                              She took my money, saying it will be beneficial for me in future and they given training for that but no results for the same neither the growth on money nor the products received. I am going to send a legal complaint also for the same. It's been a month asking for my refund. I keep asking refund in one month itself but they keep saying we are working on it somebody will guide you blah blah but seriously I don't need any guides on that need my refund
