My friend (IN667652) introduced me to this business without any information of network marketing, it a eCommerce business with 2.64 lakhs as investment
According to consumer protection act 2019, customer not satisfied in product, amount need to refund.
Even in the middle I have asked that this type of business is not eCommerce and still he insisted you'll get success and didn't tell the business type until the refund period
So I have requested for refund in qnet support Required and ordered/registered date is (20/12/2018).Also products that was not directly order by me and it was done by one of my team upline
