I gave all the documents including money to quikr rto. They submitted my documents to rto on feb 18 2019 and they got approved on feb 25 2019 and card got printed on feb 26 2019. I am in touch with quikr through mails till date (Sep 9th 2019) they are telling it will take some more time to get rc card or smart card delivery getting delayed from rto. Last week i went to rto from them i got to know that already they collected my card on march 1st week and till date they haven't delivered me. Its been more than 6 months but i didn't get my rc card.
