Quikr Rto — RC Transfer

Hi,

I have availed Quickr RTO services for its RC transfer. I submitted my documents last year in October and they said that the RC transfer will be done in a month. I have already paid 18, 000 for the service, But its been 10 months and i have no idea where my documents are. They revert back in April saying due to corona everything is shut, and again went unresponsive. I am feeling so helpless about my documents and the money i paid. No one is responding to my mails or my request.

I would like to get my documents back, as its clear that they are incompetent in providing the service along with the amount i have paid to them for this service.

My transaction ID with Quickr is 11478285

Hoping this would be resolved as priority.
