Hi,

I have availed Quickr RTO services for its RC transfer. I submitted my documents last year in October and they said that the RC transfer will be done in a month. I have already paid 18, 000 for the service, But its been 10 months and i have no idea where my documents are. They revert back in April saying due to corona everything is shut, and again went unresponsive. I am feeling so helpless about my documents and the money...

I paid 4900 for duplicate tc card and hypothification of my bike and never got the service or got my refund back..

Here a lady named ramitha keeps telling i will get refund as service was never completed and this email from her comes every week. Its been 3-4 months and i have never received my money back..

Ruthless pathetic and the worst customer service ever.....

I had got in touch with quikr for their rto transfer of ownership of car services. They charged me close to 3000 rupees and its now more than 3 months.
None of my phone calls are being answered and if at all they answer they just write a mail saying delay is from the rto side.
I have been continuously trying to follow up from my side and have lost complete hope on them.
Request you to help me....

I requested for scooter insurance and paid anount toward this on 8th may 2019. They promised on or before 22nd may i will get my insurance soft copy. I sent 100`s of mails to followup and they responed in mail that it will come soon. Ramitha is dealing on this.
No proper response from her in mails.
Please help me to return my money so that i can take my insurance on my own.

I gave all the documents including money to quikr rto. They submitted my documents to rto on feb 18 2019 and they got approved on feb 25 2019 and card got printed on feb 26 2019. I am in touch with quikr through mails till date (Sep 9th 2019) they are telling it will take some more time to get rc card or smart card delivery getting delayed from rto. Last week i went to rto from them i got to know that already they collected my card on march...

I took quikr rto service to cancel my hypothecation. They took money and documents. It's been more than 5months. I have not received my documents back. My rc is with them. I am unable to renew my insurance without that. Very horrible experience. Didn't know quikr is so careless and hopeless. I am really disappointed. Please give back my documents.
