I did a transaction on 04 december 2019 via irctc rail connect app and chose razorpay to pay via gpay... The amount got deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked as irctc did not recieve the amount.
I called irctc customer care who confirmed that the booking was incomplete as the payment was incomplete...
Hiw should i trust razorpay for any payment?
I need a refund and exactly in how many days...
