[Resolved]  Razorpay — online payment issues

Hi i'm buvaneswaranl
I booked a railway ticket on 28th july using the irctc app through bhim upi.

The payment gateway was razorpay.

The amount was debited from my account but my ticket was not booked.

I have provided the transaction information in the images.

Kindly reply and refund the amount.

Please try to prevent such incidences as they cause inconvenience...

We checked the transaction with UPI reference number[protected] and see that it is an unsuccessful transaction. The amount for the same will be credited back to your account within 7-10 working days. Day before yesterday I book a train ticket two times but it is not successful but amount debit from my account two times, whose transaction id is UPI/DR[protected] AND UPI/DR[protected]

I have booked ticket from irct but may tickets was not book .but cutt 1540 from may account.please refund may money immediately.thank u
