Razorpay — TDS refund issue

I am running a small business for which i am using razorpay payment gateway. as they are earning a commission from us, we are liable to deduct TDS and pay govt on their behalf. they asked us to send them proof of payment via a challan. we paid the TDS in december 2021, and since then following up for refund, but they are claiming that they havent taken the benefit of TDS in this financial year. this is not possible, since once its shows up on the portal, they automatically get benefit. they are committing statutory fraud. there are two ticket ID raised for this issue with razorpay: 5020886 and 4845133.

i have sent them emails, messagese on twitter and instagram, they say they have "addressed my email" but the issue is not resolved and they are witholding my TDS refund.

1. challan for TDS payment made by us to the IT dept.
2. screenshots of their message response stating that they have not got TDS benefit.
