My problem hadn't resolved yet. It is continuing month on month. I need this forum to voice out our grievance even more sitting know strongly. We do believe this forum is totally public oriented
This month also i started getting calls nothingg less than ten calls a day and this is no exaggeration. They say you have exceeded the limit l. While using the card no message comes out even structure usage we don't get any alert stating overlimit. But suddenly the contain m collection agents call and as usual in a unprofessional rude way they talk to the customers failing to understand we are their back bones. Same day back to back they call. If we cut the call they call from different different numbers
It's the rbl management to look into it. They cannot sit back and relax after outsourcing the collection dept to unprofessional ppl. The statement shows sine finance charges which i am not aware. Hence it's credit limit exceeded. Is it not the bank's responsibility to alert the customer? Why is it not deducting the finance charges and site the limit accordingly. This is the way they cheat and exploit. I demand an explanation from the higher authorities
