As per RBI, I have submitted my Intimation Letter and Prefereed Contact Location to Honble Nodal Officer of RBL Bank, Chennai.

Collection Agent Called my Father and scolded very riduclously from mobilel number[protected] at 17:37 Hrs today (08 Sep 2022).
I have informed many of the RBL Bank workers, that my Advocate is taking care of this case. But they dont have knowledge to understand the context.
At 17:34 today, a women Called me from[protected] claiming from RBL Bank asking my location and shouted senselessly, I cut the call (I have already submitted My Intimation Letter and Preferred Contact Location to Hon'ble Nodal Officer of RBL Bank with Ref ID (Y[protected]. Again I called them to inform about this Reference number at 17:57 hrs she talked rdicuously and i cut the call. IS THIS THE WAY RBI INSTRUCTED RBL BANK TO BEHAVE LIKE THIS.
Then I got continous call from[protected]for 9 times from 18:01 Hrs to 18:07 Hrs. Is this the time to approach for collections.
THIS WORST THING IS RBL WORKDERS (NOT EXECUTIVES ARE TALKING AND BEHAVING VERY RUDELY AND RIDICULOUSLY. ALSO THEY ARE NOT TRAINED PROPERLY IN BANKING SECTIOR AND NOT READY TO FOLLOW RBI OR RBI GOVERNOR'S INSTRUCTIONS.
