I have taken CC in the year 2018, while applying its been committed to me as no Annual charges will be charged. but to my surprise RBL charged with Annual charges along with Insurance which i have not applied. As soon i came to know it, i have made complete payment which i have used and asked the customer rep to close my card as i am not willing to pay Annual charges. But card was not closed and interest is been charged, Now i am getting collection calls and people are harassing me. Need solution for the same.
