RBL Bank — Credit Card - Insurance

RBL Bank Issued credit card and they charged credit card protection insurance fees for which I didn't agreed and they didn't taken my approval. I am keep sending email but they customer service is not at all professional and keep delaying and then refuse to return. Insurance amount is not high amount but they charged without asking or my approval. now, I want refund as well to closed this credit card immediately and will refer to RBI too.
