As per conversation with the rbl executive i have clearly told that i am not interested in their r insurance despite that they have activated the policy and gave asked me pay rs 720/month. Kindly do the needful in cancelling my r insurance policy. I have recieved the card few days back only and when opening it through app only came to know they have put the r insurance and have asked me to pay the amount kindly do the needful my name is r.
