Dear Customer On the basis of your request for recall of funds we raised your case to beneficiary bank by raising chargeback on them on 19.07.2022 and they have re-presented/rejected the chargeback on 18.08.2022 stating the reason that “Customer is not accessible for obtaining debit confirmation”. Hence, the funds cannot be reversed as we have not received any reversal from the beneficiary bank.

SO PLEASE KINDLY PROVIDE THE REFUND AMOUNT IN SUSPENDED AND CLOSED ACCOUNT .

IFSC CODE :- RATN0VAAPIS Date :- 15/07/2022 Time:-12:02:36 PM RRN number:- 219612528214 Amount :- 50, 000/- Payment successful but not received in EPAY MARK PVT LTD (PAY ABHI) wallet For resolution mail to .support@epaymark.com revert is As you know the old virtual account was already removed from our system a long time back. It is not possible to resolve this matter by us, so in this case we are requesting you to please contact the customer's bank for further help. As per reply complained to bank of Baroda Complaint ID: MBNK73360021802 Original Complaint : Acno 46520100004933 wrongly Credit his payment into Payabh old virtual account Now new Virtual account showing old virtual account was already removed from system SO PLEASE TRANSFER IN NEW AND RIGHT BENF.
