RBL Bank — Pre closure of Dial for Cash Loan[protected]

I took a Dial for Cash loan of 1, 58, 849 from you on May 11' 2021 (Account No :[protected] . The first EMI amount was 16, 127.60 which I paid on June 09' 2021. The next month (i.e May) I spoke with your customer support number[protected] on July 03' 2021 and asked for pre-closure or foreclosure of my loan.

The adviser informed me that you need to pay the remaining principal amount plus pre-closure interest charge and additionally 18% GST on that amount. The adviser took a lot of time to calculate and came back to me saying that you need to pay 1, 58, 883 in order to close this loan. Would you like to close this loan ? I said, yes I will preclose this by paying the amount asked by you which was 1, 58, 883. He asked me if I should initiate your pre-closure request. I said, YES !! He informed me that I have made the necessary changes in the system, once you pay 1, 58, 883 this loan will be automatically closed.

I made the payment of 1, 58, 883 on July 05' 2021. However, even after my payment the loan is not closed and i am getting mails to pay EMI which is ridiculous and completely baseless as i have already done the pre closure.

I spoke with RBL advisor on 01 & 02 Oct 2021 and the advisor informed me that this loan is not preclosed as you never raised any request. I informed the advisor that I spoke with you on July 03, 2021 at 11:36:24 and the call went for around 19 minutes and 23 seconds. The advisor denied that I called on[protected] on July 03, 2021.

I do have my Airtel Bill for the proof which says that I spoke with RBL customer service advisor on July 03, 2021 regarding pre closure but the bank denies that I never called, which is completely baseless.

I spoke with advisor another day and he said that we never received any call from your side for a pre-closure request on July 03, 2021. I have a recording where advisor is saying that RBL customer care.
