[Resolved]  RBL Bank — rbl credit card bill paid by billdesk but not yet credited

Dear supercardservice,

My name is sanjay pimple, i have paid rs rs.56, 261.32/- towards my "rbl super card" credit card 5256xxxxxxxx6741 using bill desk by using rbl my card mobile app on 04 dec 2019 transaction details — (04 dec 2019, hdfc a/c narration — rhdf[protected]-billdkratnakarbankli, ref. No.[protected] of rs. 56, 261.32 at 03.43pm), the transaction processed and the amount deducted from my hdfc account but the credit card bill was not paid nor received sms/mail of recipt of pyament/relase of credit card limit as of today 05/12/19 at 10.02 am. Plz look into the issue resolve it as soon as possible bcoz due date is 8th dec19 to pay my bill. (I have given above transaction details and reference no. From my hdfc bank account, also find attached acknowledgment by hdfc by mail and sms for your reference and record)
