RBL Bank — Reversal of G.S.T. on Annual Fee

Dear Sir,
On Dt.15.12.2024 RBL card charged the annual fee of ₹499+ G.S.T. of 18% on my card. As per their terms I was eligible to get the reversal of the same. With request and repeated follow-ups, they only reverse the annual fee. Since I have taken the card for last 7-8 years, they always reverse the annual fee and G.S.T. on it. But this time they did not reverse the G.S.T. Since that time, I was in contact with them for the reversal of the same. But at last, they refused to do so. I also use cards from other banks and even they charged and reversed the charges along with G.S.T. for the same period. In my follow-ups they just slip with the term of govt. of India guidelines.
In the name of Govt. of India, they just make people fool and charge the money to people unnecessarily.

Please do the needful at the earliest
