[Resolved]  RechargeItNow — Recharge not successful and not refund my payment (Already past 18 days)

I think Recharge It Now is totally fake. Already past 18 days, but not recharge my dishtv (www.dishtv.in) online Rs. 315 and payment deduct my account and also not refund my payment. I have received refunded mail on 5/01/2017. I have generate
escalation ticket on our contact us
page, but order id are invalid.
