I am pradees.. last week 30.04.2021 I travelled from Coimbatore(thondamuthoor) to pattiveeranpatti (Dindigul dt) with my wife and grandma.. my wife has pregnent.. during travel time we suffered lots of time..
First we change the car after singanallor because of driver's continuos sleeping issues..
Next we travelled another car .. after kosuvapatty the car was accident with another car.. That time we spent 1 hour for arranging alternate car..
Finally we reached home by third car.. but third car came from Dindigul.. so amount calculated from dgl to kosuvapatty and kosuvapatty to pattiveeran patti..
First I accept raid for 4200
Now raid amount above 4200
So I spoke with red taxi customer care.
That time I felt very bad. Because some one spoke we reduce your trip amount from dgl to kosuvapatty.
So we raid by third car..after entered my home, driver ask dgl to kosuvapatty travelling amount also.. so I make a call to particular customer care person.. she spoke per km 11 rupees sir..
Now we considered 10.50 rupuees per km because of your suffering raid.. she gave offer amount 40 rupees ..
Is this good at that situation.. ?
I make call to complaint disk lots of a time finally some one (selvi mam) took my complaint ..
for this process I took 1 and half hours .. over all I spent 3 hours for suffering raid.. I planned spent with family lots of time.. but that time I spent few minutes only because of yours inconvenience ..
till now no one give correct answers and responces..
Is this good to communicate?
Again I told I travelled with my pregnent wife and my grandma..
I sent mail also redtaxi email id.. and I attached all travelling scr shot snaps..
