On 28 Sept 2023 I book a bus ticket through Red Bus App, But due to operator fault the ticket was canceled and the refund amount of INR 1680 was Initiated. On 04 oct 2023 RedBus Send me message that your amount was credited to your account but after checking the amount was not credited to my account. When I talk to bank executive they say that tha fault was from Red Bus Side, and Red Bus Was not talking any responsibility of it. They share me a refund reference number[protected].
