I tried booking a Bus ticket on 19/12/24 form Bangalore to Cherthala(20/12/24) for 2 members, I filled in all the details and made the payment through debit card for Rs.8, 817.90.

I was booked a ticket from Bangalore to Ahmedabad (Operator – National Travels). I received a message from the operator at 8:15am on[protected] before 30 minutes of boarding “Due to traffic in city your bus will be delayed by 4hours 30 minute”.
I was waiting outside the office to get the update on bus and trying to reach on a phone no given in WhatsApp message of ticket, but there was no response by travels and operator. After...

I received the bank deducted message but the red bus page didnt redirect and i never received the ticket after waiting for hours I tried to reach them through various ways but I didnt get an answer now i have almost waited for 7 days as they had mentioned...
