I have already rasied the ticket with redbus customer care as below. But its been 1 week now, i have not received any reply from redbus on the refund status.

TICKET:

Please let me know what is the status of service request raised (Service Ticket ID: RB[protected]. Ticket number (TJA[protected].

I have by mistakenly booked the ticket with wrong date journey.
Instead of booking it for date 5/09/2016 (depature 23.00 p.m.) but on the date of booking by default today's date was selected that is 4/09/2016 (depature 23.00 p.m.). I was booking the bus on 4/09/2016 at around 23.00 p.m. But website did not restrict the booking as the bus departure time was already passed. But I would like to know that how REDBUS takes the booking after departure or just before departure.

Kindly initiate the full refund as it is genuine case and complain raised for it also genuine.

Please help me to resolve this issue and take strict action against REDBUS.

We see that the ticket was booked for 4/09/2016 itself. Once the ticket is generated, unfortunately we will not be able to modify the ticket. We will not be able to provide refund.

Dear Red bus team,

I have booked ticket from Hyderabad to Mumbai on 5th Sep 2016.
from my Debit card amonted to 1344. Amount got deducted but not received
E ticket when contacted Red bus i was told the amount got strucked in the Gateway.

Please help me out to get my amount back

Hi, I booked a ticket to travel from Marthandam to Hosur on 12th September 2016. But the bus is canceled due to strike at karnataka. When we reached the boarding point, they said that bus is canceled due to this issue. But my ticket money is not refunded. My ticket number is TJAA55742278. Please do the needful. Thank you.

    Hi,

    I booked the tickets to travel from Chennai to Hyderabad on 5th Sep 2016 and i have cancelled on 5th Sep 2016 @ 3.12 PM and before cancellation it has been mentioned as till 3.15 PM if i cancel there will be a deduction of 601 RS and seeing that i cancelled by 3.12 PM and after cancellation i have got a mail from redbus by 3.13 PM as the cancellation is confirmed and the amount to be reimbursed is only 113 RS which is not acceptable at all.

    I have been following up with in the mail where they are not reimbursing the amount. Email ticket no : RB[protected].

      Bloody and cheap customer service and fools as driver and conductor.what are they going to gain by making the passenger suffer by giving bloody lame and stupid explanation, saying that once the bus gets full and only then they ll increase the cooling effect..

      I was traveling from Tanjore to Chennai on 4/09/2016.And I have booked two ticket in AC VOLVO in parveen travels.And there was no AC effect at all in the last seat.and I asked about it and the conductor, told that in KUMBAHONAM, passenger will come and then they increase the cooling effect.What the [censored] is this...aren't we also passenger, they charge for AC as well for each passenger and why the hell do they want the bus to get filled.this is atrocious and bloody response from those guys.worst service, I ll give 0/5 for this kind of cheap, money minded, service...

        I was booked a ticket to travel on 28th aug from kadapa to hyderabad 10 days before. On that day when I go to the travels they told me that we don't have any information for this. After talking with redbus customer care they told me that please go by alternate transportation. As that is a weekend I spent more than 1000/-. Original ticket cost I booked for 500/- . I am asking for 1000/- refund because that was the mistake done by redbus. but they are not responding for that.

        More over they refunded only 50/- ( I used 350/- from redbus wallet and 100/- given the discount while booking)
        Though the ticket was not cancelled from my side . thats due to your issue. then why I have to loss.

          I was a regular customer of redBus..I booked my tickets for 27th and got message for 24th. I talked with their customer care representative on 24th. He told that they having some problem in server that date of booking is being fetched as date of journey..also he promised me that I'll get new tickets for my journey in my registered mobile number.. But i didn't get any tickets and until today I didn't get any refund also..

          *RedBus number one cheating site for booking.. Don't use this app..*

            I have booked ticket on 31.07.2016 to travel from bangalore to mudhol. The ticket booked on 28.07.2016, ticket no. Tj[protected], pnr no 42738-telsang travels.
            On 31.07.2016 at arround 2.00pm, i got a call from the operator, stating that the bus has been cancelled due to technical reasons and i have to my own arrangements for travel. When i asked about the refund of ticket cost he said that will be refunded to my account by red bus directly. But till now i have not got any refund for their faulty service.

            Kindly look into this matter and arrange for the refund my ticket amount paid for the services cancelled by the operator and not of my fault.

              Booking was done on 22.06.2016 using the name of mr. avik chakraborty using citibank credit of mr. dipayan sinha and the transaction reference no of citibank credit card.

              22.06.2016 - transaction done, payment deducted from my credit card but tickets were not booked.

              ([protected]@payu.in) 22.06.2016 - "your refund request for following transaction is being processed and the money should reflect in your account within 5-7 business days."

              ([protected]@redbus.in) 22.06.2016 - we received an amount of rs.6598.35 from you for which the ticket was not issued. hence, the amount reversal to your account has been initiated today.

              (me) 11.07.2016 - mailed for refund process

              (redbus) 13.07.2016 - executive is working on the issue

              (redbus) 18.07.2016 -
              "with respect to your below mail, we have initiated refund of amount rs 6598.35/- to your card /account on 22nd june 2016.
              Your bank will process this refund and it may take up to 7 bank working days to reflect to your account.
              In case your account does not reflect this amount, then kindly get in touch with us with reference no :77985008
              Please note: the refund will be in the name of redbus/ibibo pvt. ltd."

              (redbus) 28.07.2016 - received the same reply above mentioned

              (me) 28.07.2016 - mailed for refund

              (redbus) 29.07.2016 - received the same reply above mentioned

              (me) 29.07.2016 - requested to refund the money to my card

              (redbus) 31.07.2016 - they replied that they will refund the amount to my card

              (me) 08.08.2016 - informed that the refund amount is not reflecting in my card statement

              (me) 13.08.2016 - after getting no response, again mailed for reminder
              (redbus) 14.08.2016 - received the same reply above mentioned

              28.08.2016 - have a chat in redbus website with an employee of redbus named mr. jagan, he told to write to redbus, they will revert back.

              Still the issue has not resolved after more than 2 months.

                Me and my wife boarded Gujarat travels 4:30pm bus from lonavala on Aug 15 2016. My wife being 5 months pregnant needed special care. We immediately proceeded to our booked seat but they were already occupied. We were asked to wait by the conductor while the bus continued plying. The utterly ill-mannered conductor continued his business while my wife managing to stand . When asked why he is delaying my wife was pushed . We were given front seats which we didn't wanted to book because of the jerk. We are really pissed off due to the ill mannered staff and redbus not taking responsibility of the passengers safe travel.

                I have been following up on this complaint since 10 days now but there has been no response from redbus. This should be looked by Government and the servide provider should be punished.

                    In all omni buses they are taking very high rate for tickets
                    Gov is telling all are warned but boldly they are taking from chennai to namakkal. I believe not only this route for all the routes they charging high fare.
                    Moreover they are selling online tickets publicly like redbus, goibibo. Not sure who given the rights to sale high fare.
                    Please address the open robbery and save public money.

                    I want to highlight this issue for the bus fare hike by the bus operators.And this is happening visibly .

                    My simple question is same bus, same route in week ends or in festive seasons charging double the times of regular fare.

                    Please refer my earlier screenshots, the bus operators are MGM travels, City Travels, Pooja Travels, KPN Travels, Rajam Travels, Madhan Travels, SRT Travels, SRM Travels and many more...Please check...

                      Dear redbus,

                      Your online booking system is very poor and faulty, i have booked ticket no (tj9e[protected] for journey on 19th aug-2016 friday, that is printed on my ticket also. but when i reached at bus on friday night then driver said that this ticket is for last day. because this is now 00.15 am and it is saturday 20 aug now and you can not be travel with this ticket.

                      Driver said that this type of problem is most common for his bus and daily many peeresses were suffered due to this faulty booking process.

                      I cannot reached jaipur due to your website defects.

                      I have also booked return ticket no (tj9f[protected] for 20-aug-16 from jaipur to meerut and it was also wasted.

                      I was suffered total loss of rs 1490 + 955 = 2445 and lots of mental tension.

                      Please refund my money as soon as possible or i will make complaint against your company in consumer form.

                        Hi, i am prashant macha. I have travelled from pune to ahmadnagar on 18th august using india tours and travels. My pick up time was 12:30 from viman nagar, but the bus reached at 1:30am. The driver didn't respond to calls properly. After getting in the bus, my seat was given to someone else. The people sitting next to drivers were drunk and rude. The bus was in a bad condition. Never expected such service from both redbus and this tours. Horrible. Will never recommend anyone to book from your website.

                          I have booked the ticket from Hyderabad to Mumbai on 14th aug, 2016.

                          Date of journey is 15th aug, 2016.

                          But bus had gone without at least informing me, even though i had called the concerned person before the reporting time 3:29PM at boarding point SR nagar, near Axon hospital.

                          Also the way, the travels person was talking, not good with customers like using vulgar language.

                          Please take it as the high priority and solve this issue.

                            I tried booking ticket from mumbai to jodhpur via redbus. But what happened was they dedected money from account and replied sorry the ticket cant be booked. And its been a month or more than that the money is not yet refunded. Even after contacting so many times and getting a reply it is initiated you will receive in 24 hours but not received yet. After contacting many a times they reply it is initiated and will be refunded. An amount of rupees 1500 was charged and deducted online from icici bank account holder sonali maheshwari. The booking was done on 10 july 2016. Kindly resolve the matter as soon as possible as its a matter of 1500 rupees. The money was deducted from friends account but the ticket was booked by kratika tiwari.

                              Redbus Customer is even worst : I have sent 3 reminders and there has been no response to redBus Service Registered: Case #RB[protected]


                              Hello we have booked the Hyderabad - Rajampet and the bus broke down. There was no alternative that was arranged. One female traveling with 3 small children were stranded due to this. The concern is about the safety and bus maintenance. This has been a very disappointing journey....

                              My booked and confirmed ticket was cancelled from operator 1 month before giving an excuse that there is some issue with the bus and will not be operational on 21st august 2016. I mean How there know that on 21st august there will be and issue with the bus? And before asking me and giving any other options to avail there cancelled my ticket and initiated my refund.

                                Red bus cheating people through bad customer service.
                                I had booked a red bus ticket for a window seat on kallada travels semi sleeper seat. Though money got debited from my account the ticket was generated. I received a mail saying i would be contacted in 15 minutes to resolve. But no such call came and i had to call their customer care. Their executive offered me seat on an alternate bus. And after i got into bus i found out they had put me on a normal backrow middle seat without pushback or foot rest which no one would take otherwise on the fare of semi sleeper.

                                  I cancelled my tickets online from red bus that was from nanital to Delhi on 26 April 2016.Even I got the confirmation message of cancellation on my mobile number i.e UX6FX9G as PNR status .So I want to know why yet my money has not returned as i call up so many times still the result is same. I want to know why do they did his to their customers why there is not any simple way to get them. During booking of tickets they show simple process for each and everything but later on they used to irritate their customers by doing all these things.I request you to kindly help me.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I booked a bus using redbus and paid rs 3000 for two tickets. The bus is ac semi sleeper (Local bus-not volvo). The volvo bus itself charge on 900 or 1000 rs. These bus with registration no ka02 ab 4074 was readily arranged another non ac local connection bus near to kerala boarder.
                                    As the yathra holidays doesn't paid tax, they are arranging local bus near to boarder and this is continuing regularly as per my understandings.
                                    I request to refund the money which is charged more from me.

                                    Local bus fare is 500. This bus charged 1500 from each one and made waited to boarder to change to another local bus.

                                      My amount has been detected from my bank account for bus booking paid through freecharge from red bus on 08/08/2016 at 12:30 AM i tried to book my bus from hyderabad to chittoor in JBT Travels.My red bus details are " [protected]@gmail.com" and paid from freecharge account i.e " [protected]@gmail.com ([protected]) "...try to solve my problem
