I purchased these shoes Order no.RBK[protected] on[protected] and now it hasn't been 2 months and the right shoe sole came off. I sent numerous mails to Reebok India but the respoded that shors is 6 months old even after providing valid proof that the product is just 2 months old. Later on they arranged the pick up but was never done. I kept on mailing but now they have even stopped responding.

I would like to complain about the product quality as I have attached the pic of the product. I bought it 2 months ago even though I am not using it regularly and taking care of the shoes. Pasting of my reebok shoes has come out. It is disgusting that such cheap quality work is done. It is so so disappointing. Store is of no help. Dealings of store is so unsatisfactory. Your brand was one of my favourite brand but now it is one of the worst brand. So disappointing to have such services from renowned brand like yours. Hoping you might improve your services....
