My setup box is not workingfrom four days I called up customer care at that time they said they will send a techinition to my house in 48 hr and my problem will be resolved till now 3 day no 1 come now m trying customer care no [protected] they put the call in waiting line i wait on call for 5 min no 1pic it up now cant make a call cal is blocked at first step u want hindi or english language now I fedd up with this reliance big tv plz take it back i dont want your service my card no is[protected] and i am from ghaziabad And my balance is wasting day by day

      To whomsoever it may concern My name is Puneet Makhija. Big TV[protected] . I registered a complaint on 2nd April . Complaint #[protected]. that I was not able to view channels. The signal was showing poor and intermediate.. The representative told me if it is resolved by own you can call the customer care within 48 hrs and cancel the ticket. No charges will be deducted from my account . Within 10 mins I called customer care and informed the rep that I need to cancel my ticket as I was able to view channel. Might be bad weather condition the signal was lost. He said that he has cancelled the ticket but I didnt got any message . The whole day I waited for the message but no luck . I called customer care again but no luck as sometime person on the phone put the reciever on mute or I hear a song sung my someone or some bad talks . Finally got a rep and he again said that he have cancelled my ticket but no message on my registered mobile #. [protected] Today on 3rd April I got a message that the account has been deducted for Rs 175/- This is a very pathetic service . Got really annoyed and disappointed with the service provided by Reliance. My service got resume automatically . No technician visit still I was charged of Rs 175/- Looking for a refund and I hope I would never ever need to call customer service as they hire people with negative attitude / poor English or Hindi / with bad manners who do not know how to speak with the customer . A very very very unhappy customer ...

        I Miss. Pushpal Tamnkar holiding Smart card No.[protected] have neen complaining for past 10days back about dish which is not in service. I have been calling on Toll free number for almost every second day. Just twice my call was attended and have followed the instruction what i have told do. And i was told that the service will be in action soon as i recharge my card. But i tell you said THE BIG TV SERVICE IS EXTREMLY BAD AND ANNOYING. I wish you mangment should think seriously about. More over complain attendents are very rude and lack of knowleage about service. I want to know when will i be able to get my service back? Do i have make more calls to follow up the case? Do i have to go higher authority or consumer forum ?I want immigitiate action on this matter. Very upset customerPuspal Tamankar

          my name is satyanarayana my card no of reliace bigtv[protected].i have lot of issues with reliance dth provider like they change plans without concern of customer and recently they added 5 new telugu regional channels to the pack channel like 844, 845, 846, 847 etc.we felt good the service provider added new channels so we can watch more but the problem here is it showing error if i want to watch these channels it shows error400 are it shows black display with voice are hanging of channels so i called customer care about this problem they are telling that it is problem with your setup box so we will send our technician he charge RS175 per vist and he will solve your problem..here my complain is i dont have any disturbence watching other channels i have issue with the new channels they added i even asked them about the same issue but they are simply telling our technician will come if you register a complaint and you have to pay rs 175 as a charge..i didnt understand why i should pay rs175 because if there is problem in my network are setup box my all channels must have lost must have error400 are signal issues but ihave only issue with new channels they added...so plz kndly give ur feed back to solve this issue...thankyou

          my name is satyanarayana my card no of reliace bigtv[protected].on 5/4/2015 at 3;37pm i got call from this no [protected] he said that he was technician of bigtv and asked do u have any poor signals then i said yes i have problem with the signals then i asked him if you visit my house will u deduct money 175rs from my account then he said yes they{bigtv} deduct money rs175 from my account then i said dont come and dont visit me no need to come because i have problem with new added channels which is my main complain again you are telling same story that you will deduct from my account then he said ok sir i wont come i will close your complain then i said ok..but the problem here is technician didnt come to my house and didnt solve my problem but the reliance bigtv deducted my bal 175rs and now they suspended my services my monthly recharge is due on 7/5/2015 which is 235rs now they send me to recharge with rs 392 to activate servieces.then i called to reliance bigtv customer care again i lodged complaint about these issue they given complaint no[protected].here my problem is they didnt solve my above request and they created second problem by deduction of money without contacting me..how can you justify my issue andplz help me how to raise proper complain on reliance bigtv legally so that i can fight on there services and there fraud customer care.plz help me conusmercomplaints.in..thank you

            Dear Sir / Madam, I have a complaint regarding my reliance Dth[protected] wrong balance deduction and they won't revert to back. Every time I talked with costumer care service they said we will revert to you back but 1st you should recharge 310rs then call us we will refund your wrong balance deduction amount now I recharged my account balance and i talked with costumer care agent they said sorry we can't refund your balance. If they don't want to refund my balance then why they making fool.

                  I first started receiving intermittent problem of set up box power on option from starting of the march.Finally it stopped working on march 23rd and i lodged a complaint on march 24th service request no[protected]. By the time your service team contacted me which was well past promised deadline of 48 hours the problem got resolved on its own. After a day i started facing the same problem so i lodged the complaint once again on 30th march service request no[protected]. The service engineer came to my house and replaced the set up box. Even though the set up box has a label which mentions that it is Reliance Communications Infrastructure Ltd property I was charged Rs 500 for replacement of the faulty set up box. The service engineer refused to accept money at my home and was of little help to locate authorised dealer of reliance. I called customer care service but even they refused to share details of authorised dealer. Even though I had recharged for a yearly pack on Oct 2014, my services were suspended even after having balance amount in my account. After lot of arguments on phone i finally decided to get a top up of 500 Rs. I finally managed to locate a place called Arihant Electronics which charged me 510 Rs for 500 Rs recharge. The dealer even refused to give me the receipt of transaction. I recharged for 500 rs on 1st may transaction id of which is[protected] it is still not reflecting on my account and my services are suspended.

                  Kindly resolve the above problem at the earliest or i will be forced to take legal action against your company.Your customer care service is very painful and the waiting time is unreasonable long.

                    My Subscription No.[protected], Connection is on the Name of Mr. Singh, I complaint to the Reliance DTH customer care executive due to some signal issue they told me that one of the executive will visit at your place and they will resolve your issue, and they deducted Rs 175 from my account, but my DTH Service same day automatically get resolved and technician called me I told him not to visit at my place because my signal problem has been resolved they told me call at customer care to close complaint and ask for refund. I called 4 - 5 times to customer care but they have not refunded my 175 rupees balance yet. Kindly do the needful...

                      I gave a complaint regarding this, I was told that they will be sending technicle Engineer to sort the issue within 2 days.Fortunately technisian called me and enquired the address but he did not turned up.He never entered and rectified the cause but to my shock I noticed a message that complaint service request No.[protected] was rectified and charged Rs 175/- Please don't tarnish the name of such a big reputed company. Please verify with your people and do the needful. Service was not complied, so it appears you people are making higher officials to believe that Request has been complied without coming to customers house. please check with concerned person.                         Hi, i seriously hate your services and your connection. This is really frustrating and I hate to have chosen reliance. Its been 5 days that I am not able to view any channel. I have been calling customer care and they don't respond to calls. What is the issue with you, there is no weather problem here, there is not even wind flowing. I am so sick of you guys.                         The picture is not clear in almost all of the channels and in some it shows that the weather conditions at the location must have affected the service but the weather conditions are very much fine for the past weeks.
                        To add ice on the cake when I called the reliance customer care on [protected], then the person said that call after sometime.Are we nuts to waste our time first on calling the reliance care no.and waiting for the phone to be picked up ?
                        All this shows that reliance big TV is not an efficient network as compared to tata sky and Videocon d 2 h.This is complete negligence of the company.The customer care employees are itself nuisance and do not know how to talk with the customers.

                            Hello my big tv smart card number is[protected] and its a HD-DVR setup box. From past 5 days am not able to see the channels in big tv and it is telling that the signal is lost I have been calling the customer care but they are not attending my calls... I have waited for hours together but there is no use and I don't have chance to connect the customer care from another number My big tv remote is not working and I have reported at the branch office which is nearby but there is no response till now so I please request you to look over my problem and help me out

                              I have been following up with Reliance Digital TV since last more than a year to provide me with HD Set Top Box. But every time they say that they are updating software of HD Set Top Box. Fail to understand that it takes more than a year to ugrade the software of Set Top Box. A year back, Reliance Digital TV Customer Care told me to opt for annual MAX Plan wherein I will be able to watch HD Channels also after changing SD Set Top Box with a HD Set Top Box. I agreed and paid for Annual MAX Plan in Feb 2014. When asked for HD Set Top Box, was told that I will get one soon. But now it is March 2015 and still am waiting to get HD Set Top Box. For the whole year I was unable to watch any of the HD Channels due to the fault of Reliance Digital TV. In their website they still show HD Set Top Box and HD Channels. They should clearly mention on their website that they are not in a position to provide HD Set Top Box. The people at Reliance Digital TV do not care to respond to calls & if replied then it is automated message that currently we do not have HD Set Top Box, which I have been hearing since last one year. Nobody is informing by when can it be available. Yes they say a line that once it is available you will be informed. DONT KNOW WHEN..?? The services are not customer centric and very pathetic. Bunch of .

                              I have done & doing all these since last one year, providing you people with my details & know nothing will happen. Your representative will say " currently we are not having stock of HD set top box. Once it is in stock, we will let you know".
                              I have been hearing this reply since last one year.
                              I had put up this complaint so that people should know what level of services you provide.
                              Once you have stock of HD Set Top Box, do get back to me. Speaking with you people is nothing but only waste of time.

We have lodged a complaint on Saturday i.e. 28/03/2015 bearing complaint number[protected], till date no one has took concern to rectify our complaint nor our mutiple attemt to speak to your customer care executive through your customer care number was answered. I request you to kindly dissconect my connection as you people are not worth to get associated with and refund our entire amount for the connection.                                   isear sir/ma'am, I am having an issue with my HD channels from past 6 months. It's getting stuck Whenever I am trying to watch HD channels and also Whenever I try to record anything then cant even view any channels. I had called your customer service team today (30/03/15) and had word with a agent who was not ready to listen at first place and was advising me to Call after 2:00 pm. And the reason what he was giving is that we have some issue going on Coz of which u cannot see that. I explained him again that it's a on going issue from past 6 months which will not sort out it's an issue at my place. However, he was not listening. Then I asked him to transfer my Call to TL. The TL said the Same thing and I again explained him all issue. He was also not ready to Take my compliment. On top When I asked him is Full name he was not ready to give me saying that I cannot give u Any information apart from this Call after 2. He was not ready to forward my Call to the floor manager also. This is the pathetic service I got from you which I will post all over the social media and wherever I can. And it's not the first issue I encountered so far... Hope anyone see this and sort it out.. Or best I change the service provider.. As now a day we have n number of options available and will suggest all for the Same.. my dish number is[protected]

                                    dear sir mere a/c se Rs.175/- kaat liye gaye . jiske sikayat 22/3/2015 ko bhi mne darj ki thi shikayat no.[protected] .jiski abhi tak koi karwayi nhi ki gayi aur mujeh koi refund bhi nhi mila h . aapne mere setbox ko bhi band kr diya jishe hume bhut khatinaiyo ho rahi h .date 29/3/2015 ko punhe.mne Rs 150 /- ka recharge krwaya h .. pr abhi tak koi response nhi mila h mera set box off hi h on .hi nhi hua h...

                                      Please provide kbs world channel the actual thing is we took ur connection because its good and ur providing kbs world...and without any prior informing u removed the channel...we felt so sad...please do provide the channel for korean people who are in india and for indian fans...hoping for an affirmative response...please i sm begging you people..this is my 100 th complaint

                                        I had raised complained with Reliance BIG TV customer care on 24th Mar 15 5.00PM that the setup box is not switching on. The red light is not coming in the box. They confirmed within 48hours the complaint will be addressed. It's been 3 days since they have acted upon. I have been following with them daily, every day they say some technician will call you & resolve the problem. Till now, no one had called. The funny part is that the complaint raised by me 3 days ago has been closed & i have received the message for the same. When i called to the customer care, they are saying it will close automatically the issue without actually solving the problem. One of the scrappiest customer case you can come across in INDIA.
