On 24.03.2015 I requested service to rectify dislocation of Dish Antenna vide Service Request No[protected]. On 27.03.2015 they sent a text stating the request is closed. On the same day i again lodged a complain vide No[protected] as they still had not sent any service personal. In the meantime I called their service care several time to request for the service personal as we could not watch TV. On 10.04.2015 I got another text at 11.17 Pm that I have been charged Rs 175. At the very moment I called them that no service personal came, signals are still showing error then how can you deduct money from my account without providing service. So they again took a complaint and gave me another service request No 22098353 and on 11.04.2015 messaged me that issue has been resolved. I called Customer care and found that the money has not been refunded. So again lodged another complain vide[protected] on 12.04.2015. Please help

    Hi, I have complaint to BIG TV call center on 5th Apr'15 regarding NO SIGNAL Issue. They have closed the complaint without solving the problem on 10th Apr'15. Again I have complaint regarding issue on 10th Apr'15 but till the date I didn't get any response from their team. I called many times on their Customer Care number and it used to take more than 20 mins for them to answer for the call, even once call connected they didn't respond properly and not giving me any time lines to close the issue.     How can you wrote that issue was resolved. I had discussion with your customer service associate with many a times and never told that my issue has been resolved. Every time they told me they will send an engineer for visit within a day or two but none of your engineer called me or comes to my place to look after the issue.

    Got frustrated with the very poor service from a brand company. Now I have decided to switch to some other DTH service and now won't require your support and service. You service attitude deserve huge penalty.

    Being a customer I have faced lot of issues with Reliance BIG TV, their customer care only knows how to make fool people instead of giving service.

    I request Consumer Complaint team to please look into this and penalize Reliance BIG TV for such behavior.

      I have lots of complaints 1) When I call on customer service every time they said technical issue and disconnect my call this will happened to me from last 5 days. 2) When i say i want talk with senior they forward there call and the senior executive disconnect my call every time. 3) Wrong deduction of my account but they solve after taking lots of time and i am not able to watch tv from so many times. When I frustrate then i recharge and they solve my problem. I think they want to take a money from me. that's means your customer executive are thieve. 4) I want to talk customer executive regarding annual plans but not able to talk to anyone with your service.         There was problem with the box not able to view channels and there was no light in the box confirmed with customer care he told will replace with new box but the thing is need to recharge 500 rs within 48 hours will replace then called a day after person told technician will come tomorrow again called next day hole is telling there is no stock of setup box please try to understand if such is the case why did you tell to recharge immediately for 500 will replace within 48 hours ? Instead of this we could have gone for some other option This is not acceptable really Complaint no[protected] Thank u Akhil

            1. It take hours to connect to customer care representative on phone [protected] and [protected]. 2. even to activate or deactivate a service one needs to connect above nos there no other way 3 My digital TV connection is not working since 5/4/15 whereas I have paid and subscribed for silver plan by paying Rs. 2400 on 28.03.15. 4 I am trying to lodge my complaint since than but unable to do so because it takes hours to connect to customer care representative and once you connect your server has problem/not working. 5.My service should be immediately restored and i should be compensated for your poor response system. 5 I would request you to look into matter and try to suggest improvement Reliance digital TV system.

              Hello, My Customer id is[protected]. My Reliance DTH services are in suspended mode since last 3 days. I tried to call customer care for at least 7-8 times. And at all the occasions waiting time was more than 20 mins (once i had to wait for 45 mins). Everyone says different thing. I have recharged my account with the minimum amount that i was told to do. I am just fed up of now making calls to customer care as waiting time is just too much and now since last night they are saying that their system maintenance work is going on so they cannot resolve my issue and ask me to call after some time. I have even written email related to my issue to the customer care of big tv but aart from receiving auto reply mail i have not received any other response from them. I don't know what next to do, as i don't have any words to express my anger towards reliance Big TV service and their very very arrogant customer care executives. This is my last attempt to get my services activated. If this doesn't resolve my issue then i am left with only one option that too change the DTH operator. Regards, Abhay Naik

              Yes, my Big TV services are up but still the core issue is the customer care service from reliance.
              What about taking action against the unprofessional behaviour of the reliance customer care executives?
              What about immediate access to customer care executive?

              Do you guys have any intention to improve your customer service or not?

                I HAVE ALREDY RECHARGED Rs.2586 but unable to contact customer care executive they are not attending I have spend Rs.221 to contact customer care executive only recorded massage continuously playing.Customer care of reliance is most horrible.                       My smart card no is[protected]. On 3rd November 2014, I called customer care and asked about long term plans, the executive told me about a plan of 6 months + (2 months for free) ( total 8 months) for a recharge of Rs 1622/. I called 2-3 times to confirm the plan and also asked to cancel my old plan. The executive was a lady and she confirmed the plan and told me to had the set top box open to get the plan activated. So I made a payment of Rs 1622/ but my plan was not get activated and I never came to know about it till April 4th 2015, when I received a message to recharge my TV. After reading the message I got shocked as I made payment for 8 months but it was get expired only in 5 months. Also in February the UTV movies channel was closed suddenly without any information or message, so I called the cc executive and told him the problem and asked to unblock the channel. The executive opened up the channel but he did not give any information that the subscription of the channel again would charge extra cost, neither it was told me earlier when I asked and got confirmed the plan. On April 5th I called cc executive and registered my complained to senior executive who told me that my problem would be get resolved within 24 hours and I would get a total of 8 months subscription for which I made payment. But my plan was not get extended so I called the cc executive on 7th April again and the executive started blaming me that my plan was not get activated as I did not request for it after making the payment, also extra cost was charged for UTV movies and sports channel and I would get a refund of Rs 304 only. As I told earlier I requested the executive to cancel my old plan and also made payment after confirming the new plan but the executive never told me to call back after making payment she just told me to had my set top box open that I had. After making payment I was sure that my plan had been get activated but it was never. If cc executive would have given me correct and complete information I would have called again after making payment also if I was informed about the extra charges for UTV movies when I requested to open it, I would not get it activated again but the executive even did not bother to inform me as there was a lot of money in my account to deduct and I thought it was included in my plan. It is really disapponting and I made a request to close my account and discontinue the service as I feel being cheated. I request you to look into the matter and resolve the issue. Thanks in advance.

                      The problem has not been resolved yet. I had telephonic conversation with your customer care executive on 9th April who assured that the problem would be resolved soon but it has not been resolved. Yesterday also I called the customer care to know the status but the executive told me that there was no request/directions regarding my complained and he had no information that when would it be get resolved. Also I requested him to transfer the call to senior executive but he refused by saying that the senior executive would also give same information as he had given.

                      set top box is complitly dead 4day back complaint registered on 23.4.2015 no response on the part of company .

                      Set top box complaint is not solved after 4 days irresponsability on the part company

                      No power in the set top box

                            I (M. LAKSHMANA RAO) am a reliance big tv customer having setup box smart card no.[protected]. My setup box is not accepting my remote signals but all channels are viewing through setup box when operating directly through it . I have lodged a complaint in your call center on[protected] with a complaint registered no.[protected] and subsequently given followup reminders to your call center for 3 times till date. But so far no service engineer has attended to my complaint, inspite of your call center executives are keeping mails.                                 sir my setup box spoiled on 3rd march 2015. They replaced the old box on 18th march. I paid Rs 500 through recharge on 18th march 2015. But they kept defected box, it is not working properly. So I kept another complaint about setup box on 29th march 2015. They changed this defected box on 2nd april 2015. Even though the box kept on 18th march 2015 having 3 months warranty they deducted again Rs 500 from my account on 3rd april 2015. So I they kept my services in suspense.                                   my compaint on 3/4/2015:my name is satyanarayana my card no of reliace bigtv[protected].i have lot of issues with reliance dth provider like they change plans without concern of customer and recently they added 5 new telugu regional channels to the pack channel like 844, 845, 846, 847 etc.we felt good the service provider added new channels so we can watch more but the problem here is it showing error if i want to watch these channels it shows error400 are it shows black display with voice are hanging of channels so i called customer care about this problem they are telling that it is problem with your setup box so we will send our technician he charge RS175 per vist and he will solve your problem..here my complain is i dont have any disturbence watching other channels i have issue with the new channels they added i even asked them about the same issue but they are simply telling our technician will come if you register a complaint and you have to pay rs 175 as a charge..i didnt understand why i should pay rs175 because if there is problem in my network are setup box my all channels must have lost must have error400 are signal issues but ihave only issue with new channels they added...so plz kndly give ur feed back to solve this issue...thankyou... 6/52015 my complain update because reliace bigtv created extra problem without solving the previous one on 5/4/2015 at 3;37pm i got call from this no [protected] he said that he was technician of bigtv and asked do u have any poor signals then i said yes i have problem with the signals then i asked him if you visit my house will u deduct money 175rs from my account then he said yes they{bigtv} deduct money rs175 from my account then i said dont come and dont visit me no need to come because i have problem with new added channels which is my main complain again you are telling same story that you will deduct from my account then he said ok sir i wont come i will close your complain then i said ok..but the problem here is technician didnt come to my house and didnt solve my problem but the reliance bigtv deducted my bal 175rs and now they suspended my services my monthly recharge is due on 7/5/2015 which is 235rs now they send me to recharge with rs 392 to activate servieces.then i called to reliance bigtv customer care again i lodged complaint about these issue they given complaint no[protected].here my problem is they didnt solve my above request and they created second problem by deduction of money without contacting me..how can you justify my issue andplz help me how to raise proper complain on reliance bigtv legally so that i can fight on there services and there fraud customer care.plz help me conusmercomplaints.in..thank you

                                    Recently i shifted my house to other area and raised a request to install DTH in my house on 2nd April and they deducted Rs:350/- for installation charges but till now no one call me or visited my house. Daily i am calling to customer care and asked about the status but they simply stating that we are escalating your issue to the concern team and it will get resolved ASAP but no update till now. Daily 5-6 times i am calling and they are saying the same but no use. I didn't except this kind of worst service from Reliance Digital TV. Now customer care guys also not responding properly.                                     From last 40 days i have been following up and sending the mails to change my address and instal the DTH. But no one is responding and giving any proper response.

                                    I am fed up with this service, i am very sad that i have bough a service provider which is no where interested to give customer service.

                                    Pls understand our problem and instal the DTH at the earliest.

Last some days back reliance big TVs channels not coming completely and some channels are coming with very disturbance. I have called so many times in your customer care service but all are waste, nobody pick up the phones call. I am very fad up, Because I am regularly recharge the channels but channels not coming and my money is going waste.                                         My Reliance TV No is[protected] My Reliance TV Signal is not coming from Saturday Morning... I called customer care lots of time but they didn't pick my calls even after holding of phone 30-40 minutes.. luckily 1-2 times they pick the call and after picking the call they replied me don't call now our server is not working call us after some time... what a answer they reply after long pain of holding on phone ... I take a connection of Reliance TV just because of Dhiru Bhai Goodwill... And now I see How this guys spoiling the goodwill make by the such great man... I think now I can easily consider Reliance one of the worst brand.
