My AC is not cooling, I already complaint on reliance digital costumer care.

I didn't got back any response yet from costumer care nor from service man.
I called 5-6 times for the same but they told every time that they will send service provider on your door on same day. I'm totally disappointed by this.
Solve My Problem ASAP

I am chhabil dass and i bought blue star ac from rohtak on Saturday and today is Tuesday.the ac could not install till day...and i have called many time to store manager and staff for installation.all o[censored]s not pick my call or no response about my ac installation..
