Very bad experience with reliance digital extended warranty resq team,
I have purchased an product ao smith water purifier along with extended warranty, and now my product is under warranty,
I have logged an complaint for an issue on the product on 29th july 2019, still none of the resources visited resolved the issue., though they didn't respond to me proper way.
One of your team leader was interacted on the same he is also used unparliamentary words with me and he is asking who asked to purchase product and and warranty, is this the right way to treat with customers. I want to take action on the same for delaying the incident.
They are saying they do not have water purifier service engineers to resolve the issue. I want to know if they dont have the resource how did they sale extended warranty.
Am not sure reliance team is sleeping / playing games.
I just want to know how many days do you need to resolve the incident, hope one year is enough to resolve or still need more many years?
I would request you to take an action on the same.
