This is to inform you that we have purchased a leggings from your Thodupuzha branch, Kerala and it was damaged when we opened at home.
But the manager at this branch was not ready to exchange the item telling that, we will not give exchange for physical damage..
As this was not happened from our end I request you to take steps to replace the damaged clothing...
