No positve response to the query n complaint.
For how many days one has to wait to get a demo? Even customer care has cut the phone from his side without listening. Pl check call from [protected] at 1625 hrs on 3.11.19
Purchased ifb washing machine on 29.10 19.
I was assured of getting installation n demo by thursday or friday. So far no one has turned up.
I feel i did a mistake by doing business with u.
Hope u will respond with a solution.

Updated by walakear By seeing the response of Reliance Electronics/ Digital., one has to avoid business with them. After a week I got the tele no to contact for service by IFB, whereas I purchased it from SO CALLED SERVICE ORIENTED RELIANCE
