We have purchased laptop of hp brand on 26/12/2016 costing 72, 000. The laptop is not working due to some technical issue after six month. Its screen is not showing anything, hinges of laptop are very hard. Feels like it will break anytime. When a month ago, laptop stopped working, i have raised complaint for support in hp. And came to know that my laptop is not under warranty. Which was surprising me because its yet not an year after i purchased. So i raised complaint with hp, axis mall and reliance digital customer care. Hp said the laptop is been serviced before 6 month of my purchase, which means its used product. Axis mall people always asks me newly about my issue where i have told them so many times, and reliance digital just takes complaints and no actions. Where i am facing big issue since last month, unable to work on my projects. Huge investment and such bad response of treatement. I want to get my money back or either replace the product properly.
