1) we regret to inform you that we found major screaches of new lg refergerator purchased from your sreerampur - hooghly w. Bengal shop on 20th october under regitered mobile no[protected]/[protected] on opening from the packing by your technician mr satyajit.
2) mr sayajit complained to service department for scathes in our presence
3) tthen service centre sent another technician to mr kaushik bag for checking scratches. Mr. Kaushik bag took the photograph & sent to service departmet. Your sevice depat. Resq has accepted the scrathes & advised lg service centre to vistit our home & do the needful.
4) then lg service technivcian mr dipankar visited our home & accepted major scraches on new lg refergerator & promised to replact top (Freeser door) with maximum 15 days.
5) after some days lg technician dipankar rang up to take up matter with relieace service centre once again due to your internal problem with them
6) so we gain visites shop again on 31st october & asked for full replaecemnt.
7) please note that the matter has alrteady been delayed much & insipie of visit by 4 technicians at our home, referigaratior has not yjet been replaced.
8) today again we talked to your customer care — to mr sarprati rao, manager for replaement of refergeartor.
9) so i can not further wait as more tha 11 days have already elapsed as i am not ready to accept second hand damaged refergeraor by paying about rs 40000/- *& request yo u to replace the refergerator within a day or two as assured by mr sarprati rao. Was this information helpful? |
