This is to bring to your notice that i had purchase lenovo 330 ideapad 7th gen laptop from reliance digital, infinity 2 mall, malad west, mumbai
Was purchased 7 months ago and it is under warranty however after 7 months i saw that there is display issue in my laptop also it was not working properly there was some technical issue too.
For the same i and my husband we both walked in to same store for repair as (Lenovo denies to provide service) however mr. Rakesh and mr. Mayuresh inakar (From same store) he assisted us but he stated that display cannot be covered under warranty as there is only 1 spot on the display and there should be 5 spot or more to get it repaired.
Also mr. Mayuresh was extremely rude as whenever we are going to ask that my laptop is done or not he always says more 2 days and this has been continued since last 15 days.
I am expecting (3 months pregnant) even when i shared my concern he clearly said he is not bothered about it.
This is to request you that i want my laptop asap also please make sure that you people assist your customers politely.
Also i want a strict action to be taken this employees (Mr. Rakesh and mr. Mayuresh) as they do not respect a women and her condition.
